1. Introduction
At Duffield Timber, we aim to provide reliable and timely shipping for all our customers. Please review the details of our shipping policy below.

2. Processing Time
Orders are processed within one business day (excluding weekends and holidays). You will receive a confirmation email, with tracking details provided for box orders once your order has been dispatched. Pallet orders will be organised with our designated pallet courier, PalletWays. You can expect to be contacted by ourselves or the courier to arrange a suitable date for delivery. 

3. Shipping Rates & Delivery Estimates
Shipping charges will be calculated and displayed at checkout. Estimated delivery times vary based on location and shipping method:

  • Box order; Standard shipping: 1-3 business days

  • Pallet order; Standard shipping: 3-5 business days 

Delivery times are estimates and not guaranteed.

4. Shipping Destinations
We currently ship to mainland UK with additional charges applied for certain areas of the highlands and Islands. If your location is not listed, please contact us to discuss potential shipping options: hello@duffieldtimber.com.

5. Order Tracking
Once your box order has been dispatched, you will receive tracking information via email. Pallet orders will be organised with our designated pallet courier, PalletWays. You can expect to be contacted by our team or the courier to arrange a suitable date for delivery. 

6. Delayed or Lost Shipments
If your order is delayed beyond the estimated timeframe, please contact us at sales. We will work with the carrier to resolve any issues. Please note that we are not responsible for delays caused by external factors such as weather, customs clearance, or carrier disruptions.

7. Damaged or Missing Items
If your order arrives damaged or with missing items, please contact us within 3 days of delivery with your order details and photos of the damage. We will arrange for a replacement or refund as appropriate.

8. Changes to This Policy
We reserve the right to update this shipping policy at any time. Any changes will be posted on this page.
